Refund & Return Policy

We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order ID and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
